It has never been installed, but may have very light shelf rash as shown in the photos, however, the item is in excellent condition and ready to install. Comes complete as shown.

We were able to determine this is a VDO A2C53194789-S 3000RPM Tachometer with LCD Hourmeter based on the model number located on the factory original packaging and the unit itself.
