We were able to determine this is a Quicksilver 27-96429 Exhaust Manifold Gasket based on the part number located on the factory original packaging.
This gasket is a direct replacement for Mercury/Mercruiser 27-96429 and is interchangeable with Sierra 18-1204.
It is designed for Mercury outboard, Mercruiser sterndrive, and has applications in other various engines.
